By accessing or using the Amiserom platform, including the Platform, Services, website and related communication channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.

Amiserom connects startups, creators and brands with verified freelancers for web development, design, digital marketing, automation and content services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and are fully liable for all activities under their account.

All projects initiated on the Platform are subject to milestone contracts. Payments are held securely and released only upon the verification of deliverables by the client. We charge standard platform convenience fees for processing transactions and maintaining the system framework.

Upon full release of milestone payments, all intellectual property rights of the custom deliverables transfer directly from the freelancer to the client. The codebase, graphics assets and strategies created remain proprietary to the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Amiserom is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from project delays, technical issues or actions of third-party freelancers on the Platform. We provide the Platform on an as-is and as-available basis.
